Sales Performance Executive Announced at QOMO HiteVision

Wixom, MI, August 19, 2008 -- QOMO HiteVision is pleased to announce that Mr. Tom Burke has been promoted to the position of Sales Performance Executive, effective immediately, reporting to Jennifer Zheng (Chief Operating Officer).
Mr. Burke has over 25 years of AV industry experience. His illustrious background also includes a Master’s Degree in Speech and Communication from Illinois State University.
Mr. Burke will be primarily responsible for the Sales Performance of QOMO HiteVision, including the US and international market. His primary responsibilities are as following:
- Work with QOMO Sales Managers (QSMs) in all territories to grow revenue and deepen client relationships.
- Track sales performance and identify gaps between actual sales and sales targets. Address and resolve gaps as they appear.
- Evaluate overall effectiveness of sales activities through direct interaction with QSMs.
- Support QSMs by providing training, tools, and methods to improve effectiveness of sales initiatives.
- Provide regular status reports on sales effectiveness, QSM performance, sales volume, and pipelines.
- Coordinate new product launches in all territories.
- Principal involvement in the development of strategic and tactical sales plans.
- Provide recommendations during goal setting process for each territory.
