Prior to sending in any unit for service, please follow these steps:

  1. Please call your DEALER as they can help with troubleshooting the problem. Sometimes it is a lack of understanding which causes the most problems.
    • If you do not know the phone number to your dealer please fill out the form below to the best of your ability and email it to:  support@qomo.com. We will then be able to get you that information.
  2. If your DEALER is not able to resolve your problem:
    1. Have all warranty documentation ready. This will insure warranty terms are valid and can be correctly established.
    2. Be sure that the serial number (located on the bottom of the unit) is filled out on this form.
    3. Email this file to support@qomo.com with subject title: SERVICE REQUEST

Once these steps have been followed correctly, we will be able to establish the correct plan of action.
