Prior to sending in any unit for service, please follow these steps:
- Please call your DEALER as they can help with troubleshooting the problem. Sometimes it is a lack of understanding which causes the most problems.
- If you do not know the phone number to your dealer please fill out the form below to the best of your ability and email it to: support@qomo.com. We will then be able to get you that information.
- If your DEALER is not able to resolve your problem:
- Have all warranty documentation ready. This will insure warranty terms are valid and can be correctly established.
- Be sure that the serial number (located on the bottom of the unit) is filled out on this form.
- Email this file to support@qomo.com with subject title: SERVICE REQUEST
Once these steps have been followed correctly, we will be able to establish the correct plan of action.
